Designing spaces you love to be in
For over two decades, I’ve designed spaces that inspire deep connection and true well-being: spaces that are beautiful, highly considered, and grounded in how you actually live and work. The end result is what we talk about and see, but the process itself is what I’m here to manage for you.
I’ve helped people move through renovations, new builds, and workplace changes with a calm, detail-driven process. I’ve seen firsthand how a thoughtful expert perspective shapes the finesse of a renovation. Whether designing a massive corporate headquarters or simply making space for a new nursery in a little bungalow, I know that a design expert plays a powerful role in how we feel, function, and operate, even before the space is finished.
My career began designing furniture for RH, and later I went on to serve as the Director of Design Strategy at LinkedIn, concepting and designing high-functioning workplaces around the globe. Today, I bring the strategic rigor of what I learned in tech, and a Master of Interior Architecture from RISD, to every project.
As an enduring optimist, I ensure my projects are as stress-free and joyful as possible, managing all details from concept through construction to deliver beautifully designed and meticulously managed results, all while having fun along the way.
The goal is simple: spaces that feel deeply “you,” and quietly take care of the hard stuff in the background so you can just live, work, and gather in them.

“Working with Lisa was hands-down the best decision we made. Rather than just picking out finishes, she helped us thoughtfully plan how our family with two young kids would actually use the space. Near the end, she kept the whole crew moving forward with a kind yet firm, assertive hand. Our only regret was not bringing her onto the project sooner.”

How I work
Three principles show up in everything I do.

Design for who you are
Spaces shaped around your real life, the people you love, and the way you actually use your home.

Resolve every detail
Your vision, resolved better than you pictured it. Every decision is made early, so nothing becomes your 2 a.m. worry.

Make it joyful
The process should feel collaborative, transparent, and a little bit fun. I take the work seriously, but not myself.
“Lisa is a tremendously talented and creative design leader with an empathetic perspective and keen ability to build consensus. She empowers her team to excel while bringing a playful energy and innate curiosity that those around her truly enjoy.”
